30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Hygiene items (pillows, mattress protectors, bedding) must be unopened

How to Return

Email support@lbrawee.com with your order number (e.g. #4829). We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
